1. Who We Are

WorldVacays is an independent travel consultancy and content website operated from India. We provide travel advice, destination content, and paid custom itinerary planning services.

We are not a travel agent under the Indian Tour Operators (Regulation and Approval) Guidelines, IATA, or any international tourism regulator. We do not book flights, hotels, or tours on your behalf. We do not hold or process payments for any third-party travel services. We do not act as an intermediary in any transaction between you and a travel provider.

2. The Trip Planning Service

2.1 What we provide

A custom written itinerary as a PDF and editable document, hotel and restaurant suggestions, transport recommendations, and practical travel notes. Pricing is on the Plan Your Trip page.

2.2 What we do not provide

• Bookings of any kind
• Visa application services
• Travel insurance (we recommend providers; we are not licensed insurance brokers)
• Guarantees of specific prices, availability, or quality of third-party services
• On-trip support or 24/7 emergency assistance

2.3 Payment

Prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is collected before research begins the draft itinerary. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and cards via Razorpay (India), and PayPal (international).

2.5 Delivery

Itinerary documents are delivered digitally (PDF and Google Doc) to the email address you provide. WorldVacays does not ship or fulfil physical products.

2.6 Use of Itineraries

Itineraries we deliver are for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish them in whole or in part without our written consent.

3. Affiliate Links and Third-Party Services

Our site contains links to third-party travel services. Some are affiliate links from which we earn a commission — see our Affiliate Disclosure.

We are not responsible for any third-party service you book via our links. Your transaction is solely between you and the third party. Any disputes, refunds, complaints, or issues must be raised directly with that third party.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

All content on worldvacays.com (text, images, logos, design) is owned by WorldVacays or its licensors. You may not reproduce, republish, or use our content commercially without written permission. Personal use with attribution is permitted under fair-dealing principles.

Travel information changes constantly. We do not guarantee any specific information remains current. Verify time-sensitive details with official sources before acting on them. See our Disclaimer.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorldVacays and its operator are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from your use of information on our site, third-party services booked through links, acts of God, government action, pandemics, transport disruptions, or any indirect/incidental/consequential damages.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Itinerary Service is capped at the amount you paid us for that specific service.

You travel at your own risk. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every trip.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WorldVacays and its operator from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of a third party.

7. User Conduct

• Use the site for lawful purposes only
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Do not submit false or misleading information
• Do not harass, abuse, or threaten us or other users

8. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations under these Terms when caused by events outside reasonable control: natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemic, government action, internet/infrastructure failure, or other force-majeure events. If a force-majeure event prevents us from delivering, we will refund 100% of any payment received and notify you within 7 days.

9. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be highlighted on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10.1 Good-faith negotiation

Before initiating any formal proceeding, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith email negotiation for at least 30 days. Email info@worldvacays.com with the subject “Dispute Notice.”

10.2 Arbitration

If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India). The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually agreed upon, or in default, appointed under the Act. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Mumbai, India. The proceedings shall be conducted in English. The award shall be final and binding.

10.3 Courts

Subject to the arbitration provision above, the courts of Mumbai, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service.

11. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
