What exactly do I get when I hire you?

Payment is collected before research begins. Once payment and your completed brief are received, we begin researching and preparing your itinerary. This ensures every project is a real commitment on both sides.

How do I pay?

UPI, bank transfer, or credit/debit card via Razorpay. International clients can pay via PayPal.

Can I get a refund if I’m not happy?

If you’re not happy with the draft, you don’t pay — that’s how we structure it. If you’ve paid for the final itinerary and have a service-quality complaint within 7 days, see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Trip Coverage

Which destinations do you cover?

Currently strong in: Goa, Kerala, Rajasthan, Himachal, Andamans (India); Bali, Thailand, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Maldives (Southeast Asia + Indian Ocean); Dubai, Switzerland, Greece (international). For other destinations, we’ll tell you honestly whether we can do justice to them or refer you elsewhere.

Do you plan business travel?

Not our specialty. We focus on leisure travel — family trips, honeymoons, solo and group adventures, weekend breaks.

Can you plan trips with children or elderly parents?

Yes — this is one of our strengths. Yes. Family and honeymoon planning is offered as a Family / Special Occasion add-on from ₹2,000 on top of the base package (Quick/Standard/Detailed). The exact additional fee depends on complexity — a honeymoon in one city is different from a multi-generation family trip across three countries. We’ll quote the add-on before work starts.

Do you handle visas?

No. We tell you exactly what visa you need, what documents to prepare, and where to apply — but the application itself is yours to file.

Do you handle travel insurance?

We recommend insurance providers (see our Travel Shop page) but don’t sell insurance directly. We’re not licensed brokers.

Affiliate & Trust

Why are there affiliate links on the site?

Affiliate commissions cover hosting, writing time, and research costs that keep the blog free. When you click a hotel or tour link and book through it, the booking platform pays us a small commission. You pay the same price. Full details on our Affiliate Disclosure.

Do affiliate commissions influence what you recommend?

No. We recommend the same hotels and tours in our paid itineraries (where we earn nothing extra from affiliates) as we do publicly. Our reputation depends on giving you the right advice — not the most lucrative one.

Do you accept paid placements or sponsored posts?

No. We don’t run sponsored content. We don’t accept payment from hotels, airlines, or tour operators to feature them. We don’t go on “press trips” in exchange for positive reviews.
