We deliver a day-by-day itinerary with realistic timing, honest accommodation shortlists, curated restaurant picks and practical trip notes. You book directly with the airlines, hotels and experience providers — we don’t take custody of your bookings or your money.

Packages

Quick Trip — ₹2,000

Up to 3 days · 1 destination

A focused, tight itinerary for a short break or long weekend. Best for someone who wants a clear day-by-day plan without over-engineering a 3-day trip.

Standard Trip — ₹5,000  · MOST POPULAR

4–7 days · 1–2 destinations

The most common request. A full week planned with accommodation shortlists, day-by-day timing, restaurant recommendations and transport guidance between cities.

Detailed Trip — ₹10,000

8–14 days · 3+ destinations or complex multi-city logistics

For longer trips or multi-destination routes where sequencing, transfers and pacing matter. Pricing reflects planning complexity and research workload, not simply whether the trip is international.

Family / Special Occasion Planning — from ₹2,000 additional

Added to any package above where a trip involves genuinely additional planning requirements. Examples include travelling with young children, elderly parents, honeymoon-specific preferences, accessibility requirements, or unusually complex preference constraints. The additional fee depends on complexity and will be quoted before work starts.

How it works

1 — Tell us about your trip

Complete a short planning form covering your dates, budget, interests, travel style and priorities. Roughly 5–10 minutes. Tell us what matters to you — the clearer your priorities, the more personalised we can make the plan.

2 — Optional 20-minute planning call

For longer or more complex trips, we can jump on a 20-minute call to clarify your priorities. Prefer messaging? You can skip the call. One planning call is included with the Standard and Detailed packages where useful.

3 — Receive your first draft

Your first draft will be delivered within 7 days of receiving your completed brief and payment. Delivered as a Google Doc so you can annotate it directly.

4 — Review and revise

Review your draft and send us one consolidated list of changes. One revision round is included at no extra charge. Additional revision rounds are ₹500 each.

A revision round means one consolidated list of changes submitted together after you review the draft. This prevents repeated individual change requests from becoming unlimited revisions.

5 — Final itinerary

Your final itinerary is delivered as a PDF and editable Google Doc. We provide the recommendations and booking links; you make and pay for all bookings directly with the relevant provider.

What we don’t do

• Book flights, hotels or attractions on your behalf
• Purchase tickets or make payments for you
• Process visa applications
• Make restaurant reservations on your behalf
• Provide unlimited revisions
• Provide ongoing trip-concierge support after final delivery

Payment

Payment is collected before research begins. Once payment and your completed brief are received, we begin researching and preparing your itinerary. This ensures every trip we work on is a real commitment on both sides.

We accept Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking) and PayPal for international customers. Prices shown are in Indian Rupees. USD equivalents can be quoted on request.

Complex or unusual trips

If a trip falls outside the scope of the packages above or requires unusually extensive research, logistics or special handling — for example, a 3-week multi-country trip with strict dietary requirements, or a large group with mixed accessibility needs — we may recommend a custom quote before work begins. This protects both sides and keeps the standard packages fair.

Revisions, cancellations and refunds

• One revision round included with every package
• Additional revision rounds: ₹500 each
• Cancellation before draft delivery: 50% refund
• Cancellation after draft delivery: non-refundable, as research and drafting work has already been completed
• Add-ons (Family / Special Occasion planning, expedited delivery): non-refundable once work has started
